The Soviets have a similar system already in service. If that were the case, we should buy some, along with some of the IFV versions, and deploy them with our airborne units to give them a replacement for the M551 and a troop-mover with more firepower than a HMMWV. The only way I could see the CV90/120 being useful, for us anyway, is if it could be successfully air dropped from a cargo aircraft. I really think we need something like the CV 90120 to use these types of rounds. Other than that, the M830 HEAT round is actually a "HEAT-MP-T", so it should do some damage to the crew, the M830A1 MPAT has a proximity fuse option for shooting it at helicopters, so it must also produce some frag, and now they've got the DM11 HE-Frag round in the USMC tanks too, which, well.BOOM!
